Ok...
I just came back from CCA...
Knee pain like shit like that...
Can't walk properly...
But still, CCA was fun luhhs...-.-

First...
We were told to run around the field for solid 30mins...
Die...
But it was okay...
After 15mins the coach tell me to stop running cos I didn't stop for the whole run...
Some people also after 15mins stop...
But the rest who lagged behind...
Poor things larh, they all...
Have to continue running...
Then...
Practise passing...
By playing ''monkey''...
I tio like...Erm...5-6 times?
LOL...
Quite fun larh...
If the coach doesn't scold you larh...
Then play 2-side...
I was playing as Center Back...
Not much action larhs...
Cos the front men keep pushing forward...
Then halfway through the match...
Got heavy rain...
But we continued playing...
Fun lor...

The rain retarded one siol...
Start and stop derh...

In the end, my team won 3-1...
